Over the last quarter century, Josh has been the voice of three TV networks: HBO Family, Metroguide, and Nick On Demand, several TV Shows: "This Week in History" on The History Channel, "The Man Made Movie" on TBS, "Ask The Stars" and "Celebrity Chat" on the TV Guide Channel, and "Inside Science TV" on the web.
Josh has voiced a metric ton of promos, museum tours, documentaries, e-Learning courses and videos, survey questionnaires, sprawling government medical studies, TV specials, a CPR course, an LSAT prep course, a Microsoft software class, Pashto and Dari courses for the US Army, and too many corporate videos to count.
With an acting, class clown, stand up comedy, and college radio background, Josh is equally at home inhabiting characters, doing comedic reads, or delivering warm, straight-ahead narration.
A native New Yorker with a pan-US accent, Josh spent nearly twenty years in California and now lives in Northern Portugal where he records on his trusty Neumann U87 in his top shelf, fully soundproofed home studio. He's fun to work with, plays nicely with others, doesn't usually talk about himself in the third person, and delivers broadcast-quality audio to clients around the world.
